I have this kind of reports now I observe spooting after my mid cycle just a drop of blood I have taken m2tone from last month I m not sexually active I have regular cycle I have no other symptoms my weight is normal.

Hello... There are features of pcos. There is need for thorough hormonal profile. SyrupM2 tone will not be much help here. Please consult your gynaecologist for further guidance
