Hiiii... I'm 30 years old..I ate 5 almonds in the morning... after one hour I checked my Sugar level it comes 103...am I going to pre-diabetes?how can I cure...I have no problem regarding my health

Glucometer show 10% fluctuation in reading, Pre diabetic is FBS from 110 to 125 mg% If you have any family history of diabetes get your blood test done in lab FBS and Ppbs. Consult me on Practo for details.
