My son is 3 n half years old male child, still he his not able to speeh not small words. Please explain what I have to do

Since your son is already more than 3 years, he needs to be evaluated as early as possible for any type of congenital hearing loss. He may need to undergo BERA, ASSR, OAE tests to asses his hearing. Once hearing loss is ruled out there is not much to worry
