Well since you said you had urine infection the symptoms are of that only I believe but then about the bleeding it's quite possible that you have become weak and due to stress you are menstruating again...I would suggest you to meet a gynecologist in person..An also use regular contraceptives to avoid unwanted pregnancy...Thank you
