Hi doctor my last period was Jan 8th my doctor said I'm 7th week pregnant now in scan fetus pole and sac was positive but there is no heart beat of the fetus then what should I do it will be indicated to go abortion or not I'm confusing doctor please help me doctor it was my first pregnancy

Hi, period of pregnancy is 8weeks 4days  from your last period, but scan showing only 7 weeks. Can wait for 2more weeks and repeat scan to see for heartbeat. If no growth and no heart beat in 2 weeks, then meet your doctor and discuss the options.
