I am on letrozole tablet this cycle.taken letrozole 5 days.went for follicular scan from 10th to 14th day.on 14 th day left ovary dominant follicle size is 24.3 mm and right ovary is 23.1 mm.on that day doctor gave Coe HCG 5000 injection.then she said no more scans are required.she asked us to meet these days.what my doubt is I have two dominant follicles will they both rupture for this injection or only one dominant follicle.please help.and why my doctor don't ask me to come for ovum release scan.
