Hello there. I can understand your concern. Yes you can have it. But my question is, why do you want to take methi also in the form of capsules? Why can't you take methi seeds just like that directly? Consult a Ayurveda physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
