Even after 2 months of covid recovery, I feel chest pain usually burning and Sharp needle like feeling, My Spo2, CBC, D-Dimer and CRP are all normal I have cold symptoms, excessive runny nose, no fever or cough. My hands and legs suddenly starts to shake, it usually comes and goes and I have pain in neck not much but only around the jaw, I can't do much physical activity like before, I'm overweight. Kindly explain
