Can we take daflon and tramadol together. I had taken them together for piles/anal fissure problem. Please help

Yes you can take them together but it may cause some nausea,  also get your piles / anal fissure checked and do a Sitz bath routine along with a high fibre diet or a fibre supplement and a local application of Oint Anometrogyl twice a day.
