  4. About liver. Is it ok and sufficient?

I am overweight BMI 33 , actually iam 5'6" male 36 years old weight 92kg, taking BP medicine also pre diabetic.. recently done fibroscan where value come 8.7 and 305.. and in sonography grade 2 fatty liver .. doctor prescribed me Bilyspa 4 mg once daily before food and Evitas max twice daily after food ..  is it ok and sufficient?? What to do kindly suggest

As latest Asian Criteria you are Class II Obese. On top of that you have obesity related complications like diabetes and hypertension. As per Fibroscan you have S3 steatosis & F2 fibrosis. Medication + at least 10% weight reduction and if not achieved with diet, lifestyle modification should consider weight loss medication +_ Endobariatrics/Bariatric surgery.
