I ordered new lenses of power -9 and +1 cylindrical and 8.5 but when i wear these its look like unstable and some blure for eye edge ..my mobile looks like concave bend shape when i wear this lense...when i wear such glasses there is no issue

This indicates that the power of the toric contact lens isn't correct or there's some issue with the design.Please reconfirm the power.
