I have very irregular periods.sometimes they are delayed by a month.Somtimes they go on for more than 25+ days with vey high flow, changing 4 pads each day.Then doc gives me birth control pills. I am not having thyroid and also don't have cysts in my body whem done ultrasound. So that means I dnt have PCOD/PCOS. But my hair fall is very much,have so many facial hairs all over,moof swings,overthinker and my weight is gained much. Whenever I try to lose it,I am unable to do so. So, I want to know what exact problem I have. Please help and explain
