I done fut hair transplant in2013 by Dr batra by Dr summit aggarwal I want to know what is the black spot in my head after transplant. Is this stitch or what pls suggest any cream to clean this spot sir pls pls. Dr sujit shanshanwal sir suggested me but I can't understand the language pls again suggest me sir.

The lesions look like hypertrophic scars though a better picture of it is necessary.kindly share it on my personal consult for further management options.
