About blood test report for pregnency

LMP 23/2/19 Till now periods not come. Pregnency kit shows negative result. Yesterday gone through Blood test. Doctor suggested not to take any medicine for periods. Because she said that report shows nither pregnency nor non pregnency. Kindly suggest me. I am attaching report herewith
