I can understand your concern.
When you have got the ultrasound done, why have you not attached the reports along while you were posting the question.
When an abortion is done by D and C, the chances of products of conception being left inside are less.
Even if they are left and it shows in the report, kindly consult a gynaecologist in person. She will only be able to help you in this matter.
There is nothing you can do by yourself.
