Ive had no appetite the past few days, ive felt sick whenever i ate something. then I started spotting for a few days and one day a ball of blood came out of my vagina following some more blood. I'm also on birth control and not suppose to be getting my period for another week

Hello...... What  you are on birth control pills??  Either you might have missed pills or it could  be due to soemother reason.. Heavy  bleeding is alarming..  You have to consult gynaecologist for evaluation, either it could be harmonal or with local problem.. Consult gynaecologist......
