Hello abdominal pain during pregnancy is mostly affiliated to the uterine contractions but you need to be specific about your weeks of pregnancy to be clear on what your pain would mean...please consult an obstetrician . For every pain you need not panic too..you need somebody to attend you when the pain is continuous casting for longer time and increasing..thank you
