Abdomen pain after eating

Sir I had rectal bleeding so doctor did colonoscopy which showed small polyp in descending colon which was too small to be removed.but after 2 days of colonoscopy I had shooting abdominal pain and was admitted to hospital for 3 days.don't know what happened .did lft,USG which showed liver infection all of a sudden.
