Hello there...I can understand your concern. it would have been better if you had posted a photo of the lesions. because depending on the type of the lesion, scaling present, it can be anything from pmle, pityriasis alba, vitiligo, post inflammatory hypopigmentation, etc. so kindly consult a dermatologist in person for further evaluation.
