My mother is 46..for a few days she has been complaining of a small solid lump beside the lingual frenulum. She used to chew tobacco in the past....are there chances that it might be a sign of oral cancer?

It can be cancerous or maybe some stone or obstruction of salivary duct. It needs to be closely examined. Visit the dentist for a Bette opinion.
