  4. A small lump back of my Throat. Please!

A small lump back of my Throat

The marked one is there for more than a month. There is no pain. I sometimes have discomfort in throat when it touches tonsil and little discomfort in ear (not pain). There is mucus flowing often through my Throat.. Can someone help me please
