Dear sir, There is a lump (gaanth) in my front upper side of penis head. 1st this is small, but slowly slowly this is going big. What is this sir. Pls help. I am requesting . Pls.

This growth, may be due to bacterial infection, or vascular growth etc.1st of all go for investigation     like montex test, FNAC,TORCH test  and also consult with QUALIFIED AYURVEDA SEXOLOGIST.
