A cut from my dogs nails.

Today, I got a slight cut from my dogs nail while playing with him, little blood was seen in the scratch as in the pic. He gets proper vaccination of rabies every year, I washed my hands well with soap & water & applied ointment too. Do I need to worry & get a tetanus injection? By the way, I did get a tetanus shot 5 months back.
