Hii sir i am mohit and my age is 16 years and today a very little layer of my teeth fall when i touch my finger on it and now when i am touching my tongue to it i am felling like i lost just a bit part of my teeth so please tell me why this happened with me and what is the solution of it plzz help me

That particular tooth has irregular surface. Go to a dentist for rounding the broken part.
