90days hepatitis b, c conclusive or not?

I have tested hepatitis b, c 90 days both came non reactive.. Hepatitis b: Hbsag       - non reactive Hbcab igg - negative Hbeag       - negative Hbsab        - positive with value 11.2 (range >10 ml/u) Hepatitis c: Anti hcv - non reactive Please tell me this results conclusive or not?
