My wife is 9 week pregnantTsh level 31.27 Dr given thyronam 50 mg Is my baby safe, Can my wife birth my baby without any complications Here I m attached report Current medicine - susten sr300& folic acid As per 9 week ultrasound- heart beat 170 bpm All ultrasound report is ok as per radiologist Plz advise I really need it

High TSH levels can cause miscarriage also it can affect the mental health of the baby...start tablets immediately to lower level of TSH
