Hi there.. your baby is 6kgs which is normal if her birth weight was less than 3kgs or if length of baby is less than 65cm... refusal of feeds and not gaining weight for age are symptoms of some underlying infection or disease in the child.. please consult nearby pediatrician once for complete clinical examination and evaluation so that exact cause could be discovered..
