My first baby is miscarriage on last month.Due to the Not seen fetal pole, Not seen yolk Sac, don't have growth. So Dr advice To abort.I have a chance of next pregnancy and same issue will be occur my baby growth.kindly share your thoughts.i have to take any precautions

Do your TORCH studies before taking next chance. Mostly you might be having PCOD , where miscarriage is due to harmonal deficiency. Next time go to doctor before conceiving .
