The test was done at ICTC centre, lab technician said that it's antibody test. It's came negative)(after possible exposure unprotected anal and vaginal). What's the chances for my next conclusive 12th week test

It’s not possible to say unless we know the status of your partner. There are almost 10% chances of virus transmission in unprotected sex with an infected partner. And they increase with repeated exposure.
