Is it urgent to undergo surgery for having 6mm left upper ureteric calculus with mild hydrophosis or same dissolve or pass by urine. Please advise

U can have plenty of fluids...take tablet velatm 0.4 mg hs for 10 days..also start with tablet lasilactone half tablet twice a day for 10 days..do usg kub after 15 days..if stone remains stable in that position, then u wl need surgery..
