It is little bit complicated as u have vericocele hydrocele and cyst also though it is small what si ir semen analysis status?

All varicocele does not cause infertility. The important thing is, ur seman parameters. If it's fertile, then do regular intercoarse during fertile period. Better to meet an expert, u as well as ur wife for detail Evaluation.
