5th mnth pregnancy v PCOS

In 2011 I had medical abortion afterwards I suffer with weight gain issues with emergency contraceptive pills and then I get to know having PCOD problem..Now again I m pregnant without any treatment ( took aldactone 75 mg for 1 year ) lost 45 kgs with diet and exercise ...So I want to know what should I follow to have healthy baby and after delivery best way to recover and maintain healthy weight ...Abortion in past won't effect my pregnancy & delivery...

A pregnancy with history of hormone imbalances needs extra care and support. Please find a good gynaecologist who really understands hormones and work with your Doctor.

Hello.. Pcos is main cause for infertility but you got pregnant that's good news ....regular check up is required ,, TT vaccination is needed , have healthy easily digestible foods , fruits and vegetables , take rest , don't do heavy work , after delivery you should do keigal exercise to strengthen pelvic floor, .......
