50 days Baby passing water stools

Hi , my baby is 55 days old. Since yesterday he is passing lot of watery motions. Today he did around 15 motions with less quantity but watery. Seems like he has diarrhea. Pls advise what to do.

Continue breast feeding. Give syp zinconia 2.5 ml once a day for 14 days and Enterogermina ampoule half ampoule twice a day for 3 days. Stop bottle feeding if you are giving , avoid outside milk
