Hello Dr I m 32 yrs old,i have dichronic diamontic twin pregnancy.on 31st Oct I had level 2 usg,so fetal heart rate is 140 and 138 (20-21 weeks) ,wt.is 361gm and 189gm,my Dr suggested me Torch igG ~[Rubella IgG -2.91, cytomegalovirus igG- 3.25]  & in August I had torch igM [Rubella igM -0.22 , cytomegalovirus IgM-0.19].Kindly check the attachment of report.and  tell me Wt is the solution or I need vaccines ,special medicines etc
