Can P120 be used for fever in 4years kids. What should be the doses? Also can it will reduce cough and cold

P120 contains paracetamol which is a commonly used medicine for fever and mild pain. It can be used in children for simple fever and pain. It won't work for cold and cough. Dosage of the medicine depends on weight of the child
