Hi. Greetings. Usually such lines are not of much problem in Indians and dark skinned races. But in your case the dark lines look quite prominent. And also there's a definite pigment noted near nail n root also - as I could appreciate it in the photo . you'll need a nail matrix biopsy. Meet a dermatologist at the earliest. Hope this helps.
