It's been 3 days she got fell and got hurt with deep scratch on chin.. left it for drying till now.but today the scab fell off and it appears white..not sure of it's puss or not..Pls help what to do

Minor pus is there, nothing to worry much. Just do dressing with betadine ointment. Did u gave any antibiotics? How old she ?
