Hello doctors, my 4 months old daughter is having diarrhoea without any other symptoms. Any drops or medicine to be given for this? Thanks in advance.

Child below 6 months can pass motion 10-12 times per day and once in 7 days also, especially on breastfeeding. On bottle feeding, then to avoid bottle feeding as it may be the reason. Yellow, brown, green are also normal. Danger signs: not taking feeding, irritable or lethargic, only water or blood in stool
