Hi Doctors, Please guide I have a nephew who will be turning 3 y.o in September this year. We are concerned as he is not speaking.. he babbles and makes sounds but is not speaking any clear word. Please help and provide guidance.

Not speaking 2-3 words at the age of 3 is need attention You should consult your doctor If he has developed all other milestones He required to assess by speech therapist And he may need speech therapy
