Hello doctor, My baby is 3months old. It looks like teething process has already started or what. Because he is drooling a lot. And pulling his dress and try to chew it. Puts hands in mouth. He got mild fevers from past 2days (100°) Is this possible @3months one can get swelling of gums for teething . I am Sharing his photo. Is this teething process? Plz guide me
