My kid 3 years old is having dysentery from tonight as watery motion. She does not have fever and no vomiting. She generally looking dull. Any suggestions let me know

Feed her home food ors and make sure she oass urine 5 to 6 times a day not vomiting Continue enterogermina  1_0_1  for 3 days And Z and D drops 1ml for 15 days
