Just put nasoclear drops 2 drops 4 times in a day. give syp arbivit d3 0.5 ml once a day till6 months of age. If the cough is severe enough, give a call for video consultation. For cold put nasal saline drop 2 tds. Give drop D-3 must forte 0.5 ml od till 1 year of age
