My daughter is 3yrs 5months old. she is suffering from fever from the day before yesterday.today is 3rd day.I gave her paracetamol syrup (250mg) 4times per day.temperature reduce but not cure.today when the temperature rise to 103degree,I gave her suppository (paracetamol 250mg), sponge her body, then temp reduce to 100. is it viral fever?what should I do?

Kindly stop self medicating your daughter. Kindly visit the pediatrician so that she can be examined and undergo investigations such as CBC, etc to find the underlying cause and have her treated accordingly.
