3.5 yr old having 102 degree fever

My 3.5 yr daughter having fever, 102 degree, since last 3 days but her feet are cold. She is less active and not eating well. I had given her paracetamol dosage but she vomit it anyways. Pls help to reduce her temperature.

Consult Now
Give her paracetamol again, keep sponging.show it to your pediatrician. Examination is important to find out the cause of fever to treat accordingly.
