3.5 month old is getting scared often

My baby is 3.5 months old and since yesterday baby is jerking hands often it looks like baby is getting scared of something. Baby does this 3-4 times while awake yesterday and today also. Is this normal or should I consult with the doctor. Baby is not rolling eyes. Most of the time only straching out hands and open pams.

This could represent a physiological phenomenon like the Moro or startle reflex but it would be best to consult a pediatrician at the earliest (take a video recording of the event if it is not readily reproducible for your pediatrician to see)
