I have 2nd degree phimosis that is in flaccid state the foreskin goes back easily but in erection state the foreskin only go back half. I have been applying a cream which is Betnovate-N cream and along with coconut oil on the foreskin and glans and making it move forward and backward 15 times a day, also while bathing I pull back the foreskin and put some hot water in it to make it loose. I have seen some results it is becoming loose. What more i can do to loose foreskin completely in erection state also.

Continue the same If not responding then get it dilated under Aneasthesia with a surgeon if You want to retain it Or if circumcision if not comfortable and okay with no prepuce
