Need your opinion on 2D Echo report of my mother. In report Aortic Valve is SCLEROSIS, LVDD : 4:4cm IVSD: 1:3cm, Left artium is 3.64cms and Right artium is normal. Arota is 2.8cms, Intra-Cardiac Masses is Not seen. Impression: Concernyric LVH+ No LV RWMA Good LV systolic Function Grade I LV Diastolic Dysfunction Mild TR/ Mild PAH Trivial MR/ AR No Predicardical Efdusion / No Clot Please give suggestiin doctor adviced for angiogram. Is it necessary need your advice, please suggest valid advice.

Echo is ok but whether pt needs angio or not is clinical decision , if your doctor suspects blockages then go ahead with angio
