Hi, I recently had a comprehensive metabolic panel done and my results show that my sodium level was 133 and my potassium was 3.4. I recently have lost about 20 lbs and have been taking the drug phetermine for about 3 months 15 mg. I don’t have any symptoms that match low sodium. Can this be cause by the phetermine drug?
