Hydronephrosis of unborn baby both foetal kidneys with dilated ureters , Right pelvis 10 mm & left 11mm

Do not worry at this point but ask your doctor to keep watch on it, regularly do  USG to see its progress. If it is progressive then consult Paediatric urologist after birth of foetus.
