Hello, My 21.5 months old son doesn't speak much words. He creates sounds and says something sometimes but not clear words. How ok is this ? Anything to worry. He is otherwise an active child.

21-22month old kid generally uses a few words or phrases to express his needs though not very clear..but this is generally variable.make sure you interact with the kid,encourage him with new words pictures etc...reduce his screen time if any
